The consultation is our opportunity to get to know one another. At this initial face-to-face meeting, we discuss the details of the event, your vision, and conceptualize the menu. This initial meeting is the foundation on which the event will be built.
theTasting
The tasting is our canvas. This is where you will get to experience a mini version of your event. Our team’s collective imagination becomes your masterpiece, curated by family you’ve come to call your own. From food presentation to tableset options, you will learn firsthand what to anticipate at your event – and from here, choose the options that align most closely with your vision.
theEvent
Once the Tasting is complete and all final choices are made, we go into full production mode. Our attention to detail in the preparation, styling, and presentation of the food is unparalleled — and our partnerships with the best in the business are what helps us actualize your event to perfection.
